Mr. Nowogrocki earned his B.A. in Journalism from Marquette University in 1984 and graduated from the Washington University School of Law in 1988. He started his legal career as a senior associate with one of the premier St. Louis law firms. There he specialized in labor and employment law.

In 1994, Mr. Nowogrocki opened his own law practice. Since then, he has practiced extensively in the area of Civil Rights, including all aspects of the employer-employee relationship.

He has represented several large corporate clients in his career and was selected by the Ford Motor Company as a trainer for a nationwide sexual harassment prevention program.

Mr. Nowogrocki is a highly regarded legal practitioner with substantial trial experience in the state and federal courts of both Missouri and Illinois, representing the interests of both individual and corporate clients.

He is active in the defense of personal injury lawsuits, specializing in asbestos cases as well as toxic tort cases and insurance matters. Mr. Nowogrocki also has an active appellate practice. He is certified as a mediator by the Missouri Supreme Court and serves as a neutral on the panels of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis. He is admitted to practice law in Missouri and Illinois as well as various Federal District and Appellate Courts.

Mr. Nowogrocki is also very active in the affairs of the Polish American Cultural Society of St. Louis and has served as the Editor of its newspaper, "The Henjnal."
