Mr. McGuire, a native of Kansas City, Missouri, graduated from Creighton University in 1983 (B.A. cum laude) and received his J.D. degree from The Saint Louis University School of Law in 1986. He has worked at other law firms in St. Louis before bringing his well-regarded commercial and business law practice to the Firm. In addition to commercial litigation, Tim practices in the fields of construction law , toxic torts and estate planning . He is admitted to the Missouri (1986) and Illinois (1987) state bars, and is a member of the bars of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri (1996) and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eight Circuit (1996). Tim is a member of the Missouri Bar Association and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
